Role Description

The Director of Nursing will oversee and manage all nursing operations to ensure the highest level of care for residents. Responsibilities include developing and implementing care plans, supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting adherence to infection control protocols. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Flagstaff, AZ.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in nursing management and leadership abilities
• Thorough understanding and experience in infection control practices
• Extensive knowledge in medicine and nursing practices
• Experience and expertise in long‑term care settings
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
• Passion for resident‑centered care and promoting a collaborative work environment
