Virtual Nurse Practitioner - WA, CA, or AZ Licensed

• Full time – 40 hours, including evenings and weekends

What you’ll be working on

• Treating patients via tele‑health visits – telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow‑ups
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in‑office teammates via daily huddles
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role

• Completed an accredited NP program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
• Currently licensed in AZ, WA or CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts – every other Saturday or Sunday required
• Current shifts range from 7am‑6pm, 11am‑10pm or 1pm‑12am PST, alternating week schedule
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

This is a full‑time virtual role.

The base hourly range for this role is $59.10 to $65.50 per hour (plus evening and weekend differential) based on a full‑time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
