Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospice care team.
- Coordinate and supervise patient care to ensure high-quality, compliant services.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to field staff.
- Monitor patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal hospice regulations.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and caregivers.
- Active and unrestricted RN license in Arizona (or compact state license).
- 1–2 years of nursing experience, with hospice or palliative care strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passion for compassionate end-of-life care.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
