The Altin lab develops and applies innovative proteomic assays to study the adaptive immune response, with applications in the study of infectious disease and cancer. In collaboration with the Lahouel lab, we are developing a series of new projects that integrate recent advances in deep‑learning for structural biology (Alpha Fold and generative approaches). We are seeking a bioinformatician to drive this cutting‑edge work.
Responsibilities- Work in a highly cross‑functional environment together with specialists in immunology and deep learning.
- Implement newly‑released machine learning models on a GPU cluster.
- Contribute to the design of new research questions and the systems and approaches needed to address them.
- Analyze, interpret and communicate results.
