This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Specialist role based in Flagstaff, AZ. The Sales Specialist will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients while assisting them in discovering their ideal vehicle from our diverse Mercedes‑Benz inventory. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, understanding customer needs, educating clients about product offerings, and guiding them through the financing or leasing process. The role also involves achieving individual and team sales goals, collaborating with colleagues, and participating in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Sales and sales management experience to meet sales targets and develop strategies for success.
- Training skills to enhance product and service knowledge while assisting clients in making informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and build long‑term customer relationships.
- Self‑motivation, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or luxury sales is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
