As an Access Control Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter security incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your presence and professionalism support a welcoming atmosphere, as you interact with visitors and team members, providing exceptional customer service and communication.

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site‑specific policies.
• Monitor and control access, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility to deter potential concerns.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or irregularities within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of access control activities, incidents, and observations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and delivery personnel.

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Consideration with criminal history in a manner consistent with laws.
• Drug screen required to extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
