As a Security Officer - Logistics Facility Access in Flagstaff, AZ
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with visitors and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication.

• Monitor and control access to the facility to help deter unauthorized entry and/or exit, following established procedures and site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions within the logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to observe for suspicious activity and report any security-related concerns.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including alerting appropriate personnel and following emergency protocols.
• Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure and orderly environment.

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
