American Roofing & Waterproofing is hiring experienced shingle roof installers to join our growing team in Flagstaff and surrounding areas. If you’ve got 5+ years of residential and commercial roofing experience, we want to talk to you today!

• Shingle tear-offs, installs, and repairs
• Roofing systems: asphalt, gravel, metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, single-ply
• Waterproofing and coatings
• Scaffolding and ladder safety
• Estimating materials & labor
• Must be physically capable (lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, kneeling, working outdoors)
• Willing to work long hours, nights, weekends, and travel if needed
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a big plus

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Must be insurable under company policy
