Title: Member Services Representative
Reports to: Club Manager
FLSA: Non-Exempt

• Provide a high‑energy, positive experience for members, encouraging them to achieve their fitness goals and creating “raving fans” by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, judgment‑free environment and ensure the club meets high cleanliness standards.
• Recruit new and current members to join the fitness trainer in fitness classes.
• Introduce members to Black Card amenities and highlight the benefits.
• Assist at the welcome desk, checking in members, greeting and bidding farewell, and providing energetic, non‑high‑pressure tours, member enrollment, and other club responsibilities.
• Lead by example, show passion for the role, and invite members to participate actively.
• Work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate club operation hours.

• Minimum age 18, verified by birthdate.
• Passion for helping others.
• Understanding of physical demands: communicating, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and handling hazardous chemicals.
• On‑time dependability and reliability.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch as required.
