Description
GFT Ready Mix is a rapidly growing, family-run business founded in 1999, built on a team-oriented culture and supportive atmosphere. We are seeking an experience Ready Mix Dispatcher who is responsible for coordinating and communicating information to facilitate the deployment of our goods and services. Prior ready mix dispatching experience required.

Some job duties include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling and organizing loads to ensure material is delivered per the customer’s requested delivery time
- Coordinate with multiple drivers to properly execute load deliveries, communicate job site locations and directions, and where to unload upon arrival at the customer’s job site
- Constantly review schedules and customer orders throughout the day to anticipate business trucking demands
- Immediately report any delivery problems for quick resolution or mitigation
- Complete order intake and assist customers in identifying proper products needed for specific end uses
- Complete daily reports
- Other duties as needed
- 1+ years of ready mix dispatching experience required
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or within dispatching
- Prior experience using dispatch software
- Computer experience, including but not limited to Microsoft office products
- Must have the ability to work independently and make decisions while providing excellent customer service to both our customers and our drivers
- Knowledge of the Phoenix and surrounding areas required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to work weekends as needed
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Command Alkon Series software experience preferred
- May be required to work long shifts, including evenings and/or overnight, weekends and holidays to help provide 24-hour service
