We are currently seeking dedicated Caregivers in the Downriver area to care for a high-acuity patient requiring 24/7 home and nursing care. This role will be part of a two-person team, working alongside a nurse to provide exceptional care and support.

• Assist the client with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Prepare meals (must be a competent cook)
• Drive a wheelchair-accessible van (client enjoys outings)
• Provide immediate medical care in emergencies
• Create a supportive and compassionate environment for both the patient and their family

• CPR Certification & Negative TB Test (or Chest X-ray)
• Minimum 1 Year of Experience (Home health, primary care clinic, or healthcare facility preferred)
• Strong nursing assessment skills
• Valid driver’s license & proof of auto insurance
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility (standing, walking, bending, etc.)
• Experience using a Hoyer Lift
