Talent Manager, HR Manager
As our new People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. You will work closely with our Chief People & Communications Officer (CPCO) and the P&C team, co-leading initiatives at headquarters and driving transformation across the EIMEA region. We are looking for someone who proactively enables execution, shapes processes, and leverages digital tools to bring us to the next level.

- Co-lead People & Culture at our headquarters in Flawil, ensuring global HR strategies and policies are implemented effectively in Switzerland.
- Partner with leadership in the commercial teams in headquarters and in the European region to act as a change sparring partner to them, building trust and transparency.
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives, develop future-oriented P&C concepts and processes, and ensure change readiness of the European region.
- Provide strategic guidance to managers on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Roll out global P&C policies and initiatives across EIMEA, adapting them to local requirements.
- Lead specific HR projects, from concept development to implementation and integration into daily operations.
- Support talent acquisition and employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in People & Culture, including at least 2 years in a regional or multi-country context.
- Proven track record in implementing global P&C policies and adapting them to local requirements.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills to design and implement innovative P&C solutions.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, ranging from employees to senior management, effectively across multiple countries and cultures.
- Digital mindset:
Proficient in MS office, familiar with global HRIS systems, experience with implementation considered a plus, and enthusiasm for digital HR transformation.
- High integrity, resilience, and flexibility with strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Fluency in both English and German (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
