Tru Talent is seeking a Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a reputable body shop in Fleet. The role focuses on accurate damage assessment and detailed estimates using Audatex, ensuring repairs meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have ATA or equivalent qualification, strong communication, and a proven track record in a fast-paced collision repair environment. Salary is up to £45,000 plus a bonus, with flexible start/finish times and a 42.5-hour week.
