Job Overview
Global Fleet & Products are seeking a Senior Fleet Experience Manager to lead the development of new products and enhance existing ones to improve the experience and productivity of our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the EU.
The Senior Fleet Experience Manager will be responsible for expanding our listening mechanisms for our partners and innovating new mechanisms for capturing feedback. They will launch new and exciting value‑added services and support the performance of GFP services offered to DSPs. They will work closely with finance, product managers, program managers and counterparts across the DSP Program org to define the impact of GFP projects on DSP operations.
Keyresponsibilities
- Analyse, report and take action on customer feedback data to identify and drive opportunities to improve the level of service offered.
- Identify ways to enhance measurement and performance, for example by combining sentiment data with service benchmarking.
- Maintain a close and constant exchange with the DSP experience team to collaborate and learn.
- Write or contribute to business cases using information acquired from various stakeholders.
- Prioritise projects with biggest impact on the business and obtain approval from relevant functional leaders.
- Take accountability while providing status updates, ask for help, and immediately escalates issues and problems as necessary.
- Maintain project schedules that enable teams to be successful based upon project milestones and Go‑Live dates.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment, influencing strategy and achieving goals by working across the organization.
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross‑functional teams across geographies and business units.
- Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
- Experience driving strategic meetings with senior executives to expand partnership priorities.
- Post‑graduate degree.
- Experience in logistics.
- Experience in team management.
