HTG-UK is recruiting an Assistant Station Manager to support the Bournemouth base in delivering safe, high-quality non-emergency transport services. You will report to the Station Manager, cover in their absence, and drive performance, governance and staff development across the team.
You will work on-site in Bournemouth, manage vehicle checks, audits and deployment of crews, with a focus on meeting KPIs and patient safety. A permanent contract is offered.
