An excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety Officer to join a growing construction and infrastructure group in a newly created role. You will ensure health and safety compliance across projects, whilst having the opportunity to progress into a management position.
Are you a Health & Safety professional with a construction background? Are you looking to work across a variety of construction projects? Would you like to join a growing business where you can develop your experience across construction, electrical and high-voltage environments?
This established contractor has been operating since 2001 and delivers projects across the UK, specialising in EV charging, petroleum, commercial and infrastructure works. Projects range from £20k to £2m and are delivered for major blue-chip clients, including leading supermarkets and national organisations.
In this role, you will be office and site based, responsible for maintaining policies and procedures in line with company accreditations, assisting with construction phase plans, carrying out regular site audits and supporting the wider business with health and safety compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a construction background with NEBOSH, ideally with construction experience, alongside knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. Knowledge of high or low voltage environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing business where you will receive training and development, gain exposure to specialist infrastructure projects and have a clear opportunity to progress into a Health & Safety Manager position as the business continues to grow.
