Hampshire, SurreyA leading contractor who work within providing construction solutions for Housing Association and Residential Provider schemes urgently require a Senior Estimator to work from their busy Fleet office.
The company will undertake Design & Build works for apartment schemes and some housing throughout the Thames Valley, Surrey, Hampshire and South London locations. They have been established for a considerable amount of time and seek an experienced Estimator with at least 10 years experience who is familiar with all pricing on bidding for HA/ RP led contracting works building apartment schemes.
It is vitally important that the applicant has this experience as this could be the difference between winning and not winning the return the successful applicant can expect a stable position within an established company, full support from the Directors of the business, an autonomous role with flexibility and an opportunity to progress in salary and achieving bonus’s on work won.
