Job Title:
Telehandler Operator
Location:
Construction Site
Reports To:
Site Manager / Supervisor
- Operate the telehandler safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload and move materials around the site.
- Lift and place materials as directed by the Site Manager.
- Carry out daily pre-use checks on the machine.
- Keep the telehandler clean and in good working condition.
- Follow all site health and safety rules.
- Work safely around other site personnel and plant.
- Report any defects, damage or safety issues immediately.
- Assist with general site duties when required.
- Valid and appropriate telehandler operator qualification/ticket.
- Relevant construction site experience preferred.
- Good understanding of site health and safety.
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
PPE:
Safety boots, hi-vis clothing, hard hat and any other PPE required by the site
