Cashiering & Controls Officer (Part-Time) | Fleet, Hampshire | Hybrid Working💷 £31,000 Pro Rata📍 Fleet, Hampshire (Hybrid Working)⏰ 25 Hours Per Week📄 Permanent Are you an experienced finance professional with a background in cashiering, banking operations, treasury administration or finance operations?

We're recruiting for a Cashiering & Controls Officer to join a well-established organisation in Fleet. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with financial controls, cash management and reconciliations in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing✅ Processing and allocating daily cash receipts✅ Managing bank transactions and maintaining accurate cash records✅ Performing daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations✅ Investigating and resolving cash allocation discrepancies✅ Producing cash and banking reports✅ Maintaining robust financial controls and compliance procedures✅ Supporting the finance team with month-end activities✅ Identifying opportunities to improve processes and controls

What We're Looking For✔ Previous experience in Cashiering, Treasury, Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations✔ Knowledge of cash allocation and bank reconciliations✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy✔ Excellent numerical and analytical skills✔ Good Excel and finance systems experience✔ Strong communication and organisational skills✔ Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines

Desirable➕ AAT qualified or studying towards an accounting qualification➕

Experience with in a high-volume transactional finance environment➕ ERP or finance systems experience
