Cashiering and Controls Officer PART TIME

Cashiering & Controls Officer (Part-Time) | Fleet, Hampshire | Hybrid Working £31,000 Pro Rata Fleet, Hampshire (Hybrid Working) 25 Hours Per Week Permanent

• Processing and allocating daily cash receipts
• Managing bank transactions and maintaining accurate cash records
• Performing daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
• Investigating and resolving cash allocation discrepancies
• Producing cash and banking reports
• Maintaining robust financial controls and compliance procedures
• Supporting the finance team with month-end activities
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and controls

• Previous experience in Cashiering, Treasury, Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations
• Knowledge of cash allocation and bank reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Good Excel and finance systems experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines

• AAT qualified or studying towards an accounting qualification
• Experience with in a high-volume transactional finance environment
• ERP or finance systems experience
