Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Rehab Support Worker to support patients in their own homes within Intermediate Care. You will provide personal care and assist with rehabilitation to promote independence, working alongside Nurses, Therapists and other team members.
You will need to travel between patients’ homes, have your own car and be willing to work across a 37.5-hour, seven-day-a-week rota between 8am-9pm, with training opportunities including a Senior Healthcare Support
