Our client is a leading provider of vehicle management systems in the UK. The Technical Support Team Leader will oversee a small support team, ensuring high quality 2nd line assistance for customers via phone, online and email, with a focus on resolving issues and maintaining service levels.
You'll manage tickets, coordinate with other departments, and deliver remote onboarding for new customers. The role requires previous supervisory experience and familiarity with CRM systems such as Hub Spot.
