An opportunity for an experienced Manager to oversee our Internal Fleet throughout the UK. Due to an internal move, an opportunity has arisen to play a key role within the UK organisation to manage and to advance our Internal Fleet team, it’s policies, processes and frameworks. You will be responsible for the management of the ECO/BEV and Loan car scheme benefits for our colleagues across SGB, SFS and ManFS and internal fleet.

You will utilise your excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills to work across VW Group, VWFS, Insurance and Accident Management Suppliers, ultimately responsible for the development and management of the car benefit and internal fleet strategy and policies.

In this role you will:

Be responsible for the management and development of the ECO and BEV Company Car and Loan schemes policies and processes.
Manage Scania GB’s fleet of courtesy cars and Scania Assistance Vans. Building and managing strong relationships with all the key suppliers in this complex end to end process.
Manage and continuously develop the policies and frameworks for car scheme eligibility, HMRC P11D reporting and other associated processes to enable accurate reporting, tracking and compliance.
Own and develop the Internal Fleet Co-ordinator to ensure the team delivers an efficient and high-quality service to our colleagues.
Develop the frameworks and systems required to enable Licence Checking and other compliance processes to be actioned.
Manage 3rd party relationships to ensure they are delivering against our SLAs and identify actionable trends.
As subject matter expert, contribute to Transformation projects in the drive for sustainable transport solutions.

About you:

Highly motivated - self-starter with a proven ability to work under pressure.
People management capability – able to lead, coach and develop your team to achieve.
Excellent communicator – calm yet assertive when dealing with emotive situations.
Relationship management - proven experience of managing multiple internal and external relationships within a supply chain to deliver goals.
Compliance minded - keep up to date on best practice and external changes to legislation that has implications for car benefit frameworks and internal fleet management.
Strategic - proven experience of developing business cases and influencing senior stakeholders across the business to improve or respond to external factors in the management of car scheme benefits / internal fleet policies and practices.
Pro-active - flexible in approach and willing to take on new tasks to continually improve ways of working.
