IGB Group is seeking a Group Fleet Manager to own operations for a fleet of 100+ HGVs and 300+ trailers across Bardon and Northampton. You will lead in-house workshop teams, drive MOT readiness, safety checks and maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance while reducing costs.
The role emphasizes strong asset management, data-driven decisions, and leadership of technicians to maximise availability and compliance across our high-frequency transport network.
