Auxillis, part of ZIGUP plc, is seeking a Team Leader in Ashford to drive an award-winning service. You will lead a team of service delivery drivers, coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections, and ensure fleet is allocated efficiently to meet customer needs.
The role requires a people-focused leader with a calm, can-do attitude and a solid customer-service background. You’ll work five days a week, 42.5 hours, with Saturdays on rota.
