Carrington West is seeking a Lead Portfolio Manager to oversee ETCS fitment and upgrades across the national passenger train fleet. The contract is 12 months, based at King's Cross with three days per week onsite, and a daily umbrella rate of £500–£527.
Lead responsibilities include establishing ETCS fitment projects, implementing the fleet deployment strategy, and coordinating governance, risks, and stakeholder engagement within a regulated, complex environment.
