The Automobile Association (The AA) in the UK is seeking a dynamic leader to head the Maintenance department within Recovery Operations. You will manage a £6m external maintenance budget and a team of 13, including three direct reports, ensuring our fleet of up to 280 HGVs remains roadworthy and ready for action.
You will build partnerships with our national maintenance provider, drive accountability, and use your HGV expertise to deliver fleet performance while controlling costs.
