Experienced Head Baker Are you a passionate and experienced baker looking to take the next step in your career? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established artisan bakery for a talented Head Baker to lead a skilled production team. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee daily bakery operations, maintain exceptional product quality, and inspire a team dedicated to producing outstanding artisan breads and baked goods.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead, motivate, and develop the bakery team.
· Oversee daily production to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
· Plan production schedules to meet customer demand.
· Maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
· Monitor stock levels and minimise waste.
· Ensure equipment is used safely and maintained correctly.
· Support training and development of team members.
· Work closely with management to drive continuous improvement. What We're Looking For
· Previous experience in a senior baking or bakery management role.
· Strong leadership and people management skills.
· Excellent knowledge of artisan bread production and baking techniques.
· Understanding of food safety and HACCP procedures.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
· Flexible approach to working evenings, nights, and weekends. What's on Offer
