In the role you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across the private commercial and public sectors, building and managing relationships with Tier 1 contractors and end clients, identifying and securing fit‑out and refurbishment projects, and contributing to winning bid strategies and commercial logic by working closely with pre‑construction, estimating, and delivery teams to support successful tender submissions.
This role would suit a Business Development Manager or sales professional with experience in commercial fit‑outs or refurbishments, who understands how to engage with Tier 1 contractors, public sector procurement routes, and bid logic, and is looking to join a leading contractor offering progression, training, long‑term stability, and the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing, close‑knit team.
The Role- Develop and grow business across private commercial and public sector clients, including Tier 1 contractors
- Support bid strategy development and contribute to winning tender logic
- Build long‑term relationships across Swindon, Bristol, and surrounding areas
- Experience in commercial fit‑outs, refurbishments, or building services sales
- Knowledge of working with Tier 1 contractors and public sector procurement
- Full UK driving licence and happy to travel regionally
