Hire Fleet Coordinator
 
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hire Fleet Coordinator to join a growing specialist fleet business based at their Berkeley depot.
This is a varied role combining sales, customer service, fleet coordination and administration, managing the hire process from the initial customer enquiry through to delivery and completion.

The Role

· Handle incoming enquiries and generate new business through outbound sales calls.

· Manage vehicle hire orders from enquiry through to delivery and invoicing.

· Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

· Coordinate vehicle availability and delivery drivers to maximise fleet utilisation.

· Complete hire documentation and ensure records are accurate and compliant.

· Produce regular reports on fleet, hires and sales activity.

· Maintain customer and vehicle information on internal systems.

· Identify vehicle damage and manage customer recharges where required.

· Work closely with the Hire Fleet Manager, Workshop, Service and Logistics teams.
 
Required

· Previous experience in telephone sales, customer service or a similar commercial role.

· Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner.

· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

· Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

· Full clean UK driving licence.

· A proactive, customer-focused approach with a genuine interest in sales.
