Fleet Procure provides a multitude of e-procurement solutions to the automotive fleet and leasing industry. The past three years has seen 80-90% growth year-on-year with the solutions branching out from being originally a predominately Leasing Broker and Dealer proposition, to being a solution for automotive OEM’s and FN50 leasing companies.

About the RoleThis is a full-time role for a National Fleet & Leasing Manager, working closely with the existing NF&L Manager, developing and managing relationships with UK Automotive brands and FN50 leasing companies.
Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for the development and management of major clients in the UK Automotive fleet and leasing industry.
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, deeply understand client needs, and provide solutions via the Fleet Procure platform.
- Breaking down walls to get in front of key decision-makers to showcase our product solutions.
- Prepare and execute presentations and product demonstrations
- Analyse order and delivery data to produce and understand reports.
- Assist organising and hosting customer events throughout the year.
- Minimum 5 years automotive fleet experience working directly for a major leasing company or automotive vehicle brand at a regional or national level
- Experience in managing and developing key partner and vendor relationships
- Ability to get in front of key decision-makers to showcase our product solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse sales figures, produce and understand reports.
- Relevant skills include strong analytical abilities, proficiency with reporting and management software, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making.
- Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and external partners.
- Ability for flexible working conditions to fit around industry events which could involve overnight stays across the country.
- Valid UK driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
