An established independent estate agency is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to join its successful team, taking responsibility for winning instructions, generating sales and delivering an exceptional service to vendors and buyers.

This role would suit a confident and ambitious estate agent with strong valuation and listing experience, a proven sales record and the ability to build lasting relationships.

You will play a key role in driving instructions and supporting the continued success of the branch.

• Independent sales and lettings agency with several offices across Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey

• Conducting property valuations and winning new instructions
• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and potential clients
• Negotiating sales and progressing transactions through to completion
• Generating new business and identifying opportunities to grow market share
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the branch

• Previous experience as a residential estate agent
• Strong valuation and listing experience
• A proven track record of winning instructions and achieving sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills
• High levels of customer service and communication skills
• A confident, articulate and professional approach
• Local property market knowledge would be beneficial
• A full UK driving licence and own car
