West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) seeks an experienced fleet and operations leader to drive the franchised bus fleet transition. The role focuses on decarbonisation, zero-emission vehicles, lifecycle cost management and performance, with a 2-year FTC and on-site responsibilities at Birmingham offices.
