Ready to take the wheel and make a difference?
We're looking for an experienced Transport & Fleet Manager to lead our transport team, keep our fleet compliant and deliver a first-class service across our branches.
What you'll be doing:- Leading and developing the transport team.
- Taking ownership of fleet compliance, safety and maintenance.
- Coordinating vehicle, machinery and equipment movements.
- Managing fleet accidents, insurance claims and supplier relationships.
- Controlling costs and driving operational improvements.
- Road Haulage CPC qualification.
- At least 2 years' transport, logistics or fleet management experience.
- Strong knowledge of transport legislation and Operator's Licence compliance.
- A confident leader with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Location:
Essex - Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm
