Role: 2 x Teaching Assistants (Full-Time)

Specialism: Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dedicated SEN unit

Teaching Personnel is seeking two passionate and committed Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming primary school in Fleetwood. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who need additional support.

• Work within the school’s SEN unit, supporting pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to help children access learning and develop social and emotional skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and create a positive, inclusive environment.

• Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or other relevant settings).
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Ability to build strong relationships and adapt to individual needs.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential.

• Competitive pay rates: £13.75–£14.50 per hour (depending on experience).
