Location: Thornton-Cleveleys
We are recruiting on behalf of one of the UKs leading freight forwarding company for an experienced Air Import Clerk to join there growing team This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years experience in freight forwarding experience working 4 on 4 off
The Role You will be responsible for managing import shipments from start to finish
Key Responsibilities Handling import shipments from start to finish Completing customs entries on Boxtop Monitoring ETA's incoming shipments Completing T1's Creating ETSF Records Quotes Liaising with airlines, customers, overseas agents, and internal departments Preparing and checking shipping documentation Monitoring shipment progress and resolving operational issues promptly Ensuring all healthcare and compliance procedures are followed correctly
