Job Title: Social Worker – Family Safeguarding
Location: Fleetwood/Fylde and Wyre
Pay Rate: £40 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Social Worker – Family Safeguarding to join our client. We are recruiting social workers to become part of a Family Safeguarding team based in Fleetwood/Fylde and Wyre. This role involves working closely with families to ensure the safety and well-being of children, providing essential support and intervention to address safeguarding concerns.

Additional Information: It would be beneficial if the candidate lives within a reasonable distance from Fleetwood/Fylde and Wyre, as whilst hybrid working is available, there is an expectation of regular working from the office bases.

• Provide support and intervention to families to address safeguarding concerns
• Ensure child-centred decision-making processes
• Manage a diverse and complex caseload effectively
• Maintain a strong focus on safeguarding and child protection
• Collaborate with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children

• Excellent supervision and manageable caseloads
• Stable teams of experienced social workers and permanent established Team Managers

• Qualified Social Worker with at least 2 years post-qualified experience
• Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Experience in family safeguarding
• Ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
