Position Type: 6 month contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need

Job Location: Raritan, NJ and Hybrid, in office on Tuesdays

Shift: 1st Shift

Compensation: $30/HR

This role is responsible for managing the company’s response to IT-related inquiries submitted by current and prospective customers. The Contracts IT Analyst leverages project management expertise, deep knowledge of company products and services, and collaboration with internal subject matter experts to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant customer responses.

• Draft, review, and deliver responses to IT inquiries related to company products and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Complete technical and organizational security assessments across all lines of business, including Clinical Labs, Immunohematology, Point of Care (POC), and Molecular.
• Primarily support North America, while handling global requests as needed.
• Understand customer requirements and effectively position products, messaging, and services.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure internal alignment and deliver responses that clearly communicate product and service differentiators.
• Assign and manage proposal content from subject matter experts, following up to ensure timely, accurate submissions and adherence to SLAs (e.g., two-week turnaround for standard requests).
• Maintain and enhance a centralized database of FAQs and standard responses by line of business and instrument, creating best-in-class content that serves as a competitive differentiator.
• Participate in projects and initiatives as required.
