35 hours per week, full year position
Job OverviewWe are a fast‑paced and high‑demand non‑profit program that depends on everybody in every position to help our centers function with ease. You will gain diverse experience working with an at‑risk population. Cross‑training is available and expected for all positions.
Responsibilities And Duties- Assist teacher in maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment for children and staff
- Implement active supervision strategies
- Assist in lesson planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and assessment for the classroom
- Implement screenings and assessments and data entry
- High school diploma; working towards Infant‑Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) to be completed within two years of hire (required)
- 2 or more years of direct experience in early childhood education and direct experience with an at‑risk population (preferred)
- Head Start experience (preferred)
- The successful candidate will be compassionate, organized, flexible, a communicator, and a team‑player
Physical abilities

Must be able to lift 30 pounds independently without assistance
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $19.11–$20.05 per hour
