Senior Manufacturing Engineer; Onsite - Flemington, NJ

• Provide engineering leadership to the Flemington, NJ manufacturing plant, establishing a network of resources and contacts to meet business goals and customer needs.
• Lead projects and programs to improve safety, environmental performance, quality, productivity, and overall operational efficiency of equipment, often using Lean Principles and Six Sigma Tools.
• Support Capital Investment, New Product Introduction, and New Technology Introductions to increase manufacturing capabilities.
• Efficiently troubleshoot defects and variation, performing root cause analysis and applying systemic problem‑solving skills and robust solutions.
• Proactively communicate at all levels of the organization to drive direction and positive change.
• Support a dynamic 24x5 operation through a willingness to be on‑call.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND five (5) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• OR High School Diploma/GED AND nine (9) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further include:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related Engineering field from an accredited university.
  • Eight (8) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Vision System Experience.
  • Web handling (roll‑to‑roll) process experience.
  • Excellent mechanical and/or machine automation aptitude and problem‑solving skills; practical and hands‑on, with analytical comprehension and data‑driven decision making.
  • Experience applying statistical tools and completing data analysis (e.g., SPC, Mini Tab, Excel) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in a Medical Device regulated manufacturing environment.

Onsite (Flemington, NJ, USA). May include up to 5% domestic/international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Expected compensation range: $119,076 – $145,537. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including education, training, skills, work location, and experience.
