Hiring range: $42.00 – $57.25 hourly.

Provides quality nursing care through the application of the nursing process using evidence‑based practice focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience within the framework of Shared Governance.

• Facilitate and coordinate total patient care

• All hires after July 2012 are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing. Or if Associate’s Degree or Diploma, RN must provide proof of enrollment in a BSN program prior to hire, be continuously enrolled and complete within 5 years.

• Required:
  
  None.
• Preferred:
  One year of acute‑care experience.

• Required:
  
  Current NJ RN licensure and American Heart Association CPR certification.
• Preferred:
  Certification in specialty.

• Required:
  
  Certified ACLS and complete critical‑care and ventilator training within one year of hire; complete basic arrhythmia interpretation within six months.
• Preferred: PCCN or Cardio‑Vascular certification.
