Physical Therapist, Outpatient, Hunterdon Sports and Physical Therapy $7,500 Sign-on Bonus Position Summary

To administer physical therapy evaluations and treatments according to the established standard of physical therapy, physician’s referral, and physical therapy plan of care.

• Evaluates all patients by identifying the patient's primary problems and develops a treatment plan.
• Performs and modifies or updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes.
• Documents information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement.
• Maintains schedule to attain productivity standards.
• Provides supervision to PTA, PT/PTA students and various levels of support personnel and volunteers.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy

• None

• 1-2 years of prior experience

• Current NJ State License in Physical Therapy

• None

• Knowledge of established standards for Physical Therapy, ability to connect with patient and build rapport, flexibility with schedule, computer skills

• Familiarity with QCPR
