Hours:

Flexible 8, 10 or 12‑hour shifts, including weekend‑only shifts
Salary: $53.00 per hour (competitive pay, potential increments based on experience and education)

The Home Health Department affiliated with Hunterdon Medical Center is seeking a Community RN to provide high‑quality care in a safe, flexible environment. The role offers opportunity for self‑scheduling and benefits in line with a Magnet Hospital standard.

• Provide inpatient nursing rates for home health patients
• Monitor patient health, administer medications, and manage IV therapy
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with Medicare/Insurance regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams at various levels of authority
• Apply CPR and other emergency skills as required

• Current New Jersey RN license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; associate’s degree or diploma acceptable if enrolled in BSN program and expected to complete within five years of hire
• Previous home‑health nursing experience preferred
• Recent acute‑care nursing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• CPR and IV skills required
