Nurse Manager

Nurse Manager – Endoscopy – Hunterdon Health.

Location:

2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ. Full-time, Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Days/Evenings). Salary: $ – $ annually.

• Responsible for clinical and operational oversight of Endoscopy Laboratory; daily operational activities with a focus on patient safety, efficiency, outcomes, human resource management, ensuring compliance with all DOH, TJC, and hospital policies.

• Assume responsibility for clinical and operational oversight.
• Manage human resources.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (TJC, DOH, Accreditations, and hospital policies).
• Commit to patient safety, quality outcomes, and patient experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Reports to:
  
  Administrative Director Nursing.
• Supervises: RN’s, UC’s, Endoscopy technicians, and individuals functioning on the inpatient unit.

• Minimum Education:
  • Required:
    
    Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • Preferred:
    Masters in Nursing or Administrative Healthcare, National certification.
• Minimum Years of
  
  Experience:
  
  
  • Required:
    
    3 years acute care nursing, 2 years endoscopy experience.
  • Preferred: 2 years prior supervisory experience.
• License, Registry or Certification:
  • Required:
    
    Current New Jersey RN licensure.
  • Preferred:
    National Certification.
• Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
  • Complete yearly competency based program; use hospital approved equipment; excellent communication and conflict resolution skills; well organized; able to remain calm under stress; delegate tasks appropriately; knowledgeable in DOH and TJC regulations and hospital policies.
