The contractor will work closely with GRACS OPS RIIM, submission planning stakeholders, Veeva SMEs, and IT to deliver accurate reports.
Veeva experience in RIM and/or Submissions vaults, particularly in hands-on reporting, is required.
Experience with Veeva implementation and migration of data from legacy systems is a plus.

- Experience creating reports from Veeva data in non-Veeva platforms (e.g., in Power BI).
- Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI: data modeling, DAX, incremental refresh/refresh scheduling, and row-level security.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with data hub concepts and architectures (data lakes, data marts, integration hubs) and how they affect reporting.
- Proven ability to translate business reporting requirements into technical specifications and actionable reports.
- Strong analytical mindset with rigorous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing reporting roles: eliciting requirements, presenting results, and iterating based on stakeholder feedback.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with both IT and the business.
