- Work as part of a team on the production line reporting to the Team Leader.
- Work flexibly and assist with related activities as the business needs require.
- Monitor processes, perform required measurements and tests, and adjust equipment controls to maintain right‑first‑time quality products.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), solve production process problems, and report to others to achieve short-term manufacturing plans.
- Understand basic chemistry and mechanical operations relevant to the plant processes and upgrade skills to understand the entire plant processes.
- Monitor equipment operation daily, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate to Team Leader or Maintenance when beyond limits; assist in repairs and participate in preventive maintenance and project installations as necessary.
- Document production and processes by completing production log sheets, recording raw material receipt and usage, and calculating material usage.
- Ensure compliance with customer/product requirements and environmental regulations.
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-5 years in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in a team and in a logical, organized manner
- Ability to work safely using tools and equipment
- Ability to work effectively, efficiently and safely to schedules and deadlines
- Chemical manufacturing experience (Desired)
- Lean manufacturing (including 5S) (Desired)
- Familiarity with SAP S4 Hana or equivalent ERP system (Beneficial)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
- Computer literacy with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic mathematics and accurate data entry
- Forklift license (Desired)
- Boiler license (Desired)
