Overview

The Home Health Department affiliated with Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, New Jersey is seeking a Community RN.

• Provide Home Health nursing care in a flexible role with self-scheduling options.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills and collaborate with multiple disciplines at varying levels of authority.
• Maintain CPR and IV skills and ensure patient safety and quality of care.

• Current New Jersey RN License required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; if an associate degree or diploma is held, enrollment in a BSN program is required and to be completed within 5 years of hire date.
• Previous Home Health nursing experience preferred; recent acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Insurance regulations.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

• Flexible shifts including 8, 10, or 12 hours.
• Weekend Only Shifts available.
