About The Current Open RoleAt Roy Foss Motors Thornhill, we are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized Full-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for all guests.
What We're Looking For- Deliver exceptional, people-first service inline with our belief in setting the standard.
- Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and a high level of warmth and professionalism - making every individual feel like they are “glad to be here.”
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to guests and callers.
- Engage customers to determine their automotive needs and appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts departments.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, proactively showing up for each other to keep things running smoothly.
- Build strong relationships with customer sand dealership employees
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Manage and process payment receipts
- Other administrative duties as needed.
- Must be available to work on weekends andduring the week; with a willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings and evenings as required.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and the abilityto sweat the small stuff while multitasking effectively
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over phone.
- Team-oriented with the ability tomulti-task.
- Computer literate and competent with communication equipment
