This role offers a chance to cultivate relationships while resolving inquiries about product orders and invoicing.
As a key liaison, you will assist customers throughout the purchasing process and ensure smooth communication regarding order specifics and delivery schedules. If you’re organized and excel in administrative tasks, this position is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with general inquiries over phone and email
• Process purchase orders and monitor them closely
• Provide prompt updates on product availability
• Create and adjust invoices as required
• Maintain and stock the showroom efficiently
Requirements:
• 3+ years in customer service roles
• 2+ years of invoicing and order entry experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Computer skills including Outlook and Excel
• Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems
