Position: Senior Game Design Leadership Role
Be the driving force behind innovative game design as a Lead Designer at Devoted Studios. Work remotely with a global team to enhance gameplay and design impact.

As a Lead Designer, you'll shape design quality across various co-development projects. This position requires hands-on leadership, focusing on aligning creative vision with client needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support robust gameplay and live operations, fostering a responsive design environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set clear design direction across multiple game projects

• Own and manage detailed design documentation and specs

• Consult with client stakeholders on goals and milestones

• Lead a diverse design team in gameplay and UX

• Troubleshoot gameplay issues and promote solution-driven approaches

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years in game design, with 2 in leadership

• Experience with at least one commercially released title

• Strong grasp of player engagement strategies

• Experience in live game support and evolving content

• Proficient in Unreal Engine 5 and C++ scripting
